I understand Aerianne and so can many other people reading this thread and hopefully the other sessions I'll do if allowed. How does a medium determine who the message is for when they have several people claiming the reading is for them? It's called the process of elimination. How many of us have lost an older male to a heart attack, or a mother or brother to cancer. The odds of that are very high, that's why it's important to read and re-read everything and even then go ask family about anything you don't understand. Say we have two sitters (again you may be aware of this, I don't know, but I'm putting this out there for those who are interested in reading it. Say a medium has 2 sitters both lost a father to a heart attack and it's this fatherly figure that is coming through. both sitters have a brother and both of the sitter's mothers are still here in the physical world. Now the medium says to the sitters that he is hearing that the sitter has a sister #1 sitter says yes, #2 sitter says no. That is the mediums first clue that he MAY be connecting to sitter 1's family. Medium continues ~ I'm getting the number 4 as being significant birthday, wedding or passing for this month or the 4th of A Month for someone here or in spirit. They both say yes to the 4 connection. Medium~ this 4 connection is tied into a male. Sitter 1 says yes, sitter 2 says no. That's the second clue the medium has that he MAY be with sitter one. Medium ~ I'm being shown a move for someone in the family. Sitter one says that his sister just moved and sitter 2 says that his mother has been considering selling the house and moving. Medium ~ There is a connection to a Michale as well as a John Both sitters say yes to both Michale and John. Medium ~ The father figure is acknowledging the son for Michael Sitter one says her Michale has a son, sitter two says his Michael does not. That is another clue and good enough for the medium to know that he is with sitter #1. What about the sitter #2 or those hearing/reading the session how come they can relate to so much of it? This is because our families will come through in their own way to say hello to us indirectly through another's session. Keep in mind through, you could have the information stop with sitter #1 and then go to #2 and back to #1 as some of you may have seen with JE. If you are making connections with the other side it's hard on a forum like this. I don't remember off hand the name of your post, but I thought it had to do with connecting with spirit through pictures. As I stated I only scanned a few post to see what kind of information you were bringing through which was basically to see if the site wouldn't allow certain information, I found nothing on the first page so I re-read the site guidelines. Even if it's strictly intuitive readings it's easy to get the energies mixed up sometimes on a forum like this and several people looking to get information either from a spirit family member or just information about themselves, the energies can sometimes get mixed up as you can see. 7Moons, I'm curious about how you would refer to a person's spouse. Like for a brother you say "beside" or you get your "Steven" clue. You talk about "above" as being a generation (or more) above someone. What would a spouse connection be?

The same as JE, husband, brother, cousin, friend, sister, sister in-law, brother in-law, wife are all to the side, contemporaries. It's funny I've seen a few mediums who use this JE way of helping the sitter understand who they are referring to. Above anyone older than the sitter, below referring to anyone younger. Every once in awhile I do come across a sibling being much older than the sitter I'm with who will sometimes come through as a father, but even then the sitter will take the information as being valid because that was how they saw their sibling, both brother and father. I remember maybe about 2000 my eldest son turned me onto medium George Anderson and from there I found JE. I would study his TV show by recording it and either listening to it over a billion times or watching the same shows over and over among other things to get a better understanding of what I was going through and how to develop my own style. Although there are similarities with how some things are worded, I'd like to think I have developed my own style after all these years. I think I had said in another post within this thread that many of my family members names are used as symbols for me. My brother Steve = that the sitter has the brother. I will either hear or see the name. However, sometimes the sitter doesn't have a stepbrother, half brother or biological brother then I know its the actual name spirit is trying to get me to say. My brother David = Cancer or the actual name David. I am always to say cancer first unless they give me a feeling right off the bat that it's the name they are trying to get me to say. Sometimes with these two symbols Steve and David it's both the meanings they are trying to get me to say for each name. The name Sarah is my sister's name and it simply means the sitter has the sister or a Sarah connection. Richard my father and it means the sitter has a connection to the name in some way, but sometimes depending on what spirit is trying to say everyone once in awhile it means they are referring to the sitters father. Usually for the sitters father though they just give me a father feeling however that feels to me then they may or may not say the name father or dad if they get irritated with me. I don't always pay attention so when they said dad I know I need to get out of the way (mentally) so they can get though what they need to without me interfering, usually by questioning something, a big fat No No. Excuse me, I'm going off, I do this often as you can tell. I did want to mention one thing though to kind of further answer the whole brother, Steve thing. When a person from the spirit world wants to tell me they are referring to their one of their siblings or parent they will say brother, sister, mother, father. So let's say your father has the brother, he's not going to give me my brother's name because then I will think he means his son, your brother, so he just said brother and may or may not give me a contemporary feeling to him, however that feeling may feel to me. I've never really thought about it honestly, it's like riding bike after awhile you just do it and not think of how it's done. So I'm going on and on again and now I'm stopping. I think I just like to write with my typos, misspelled words and all. I am going to try and connect with your family tonight, but I can't promise as my neck is bothering again. I'm sorry for your losses nightowl. I have lost 2 siblings. I am bless to still have mom and dad still physically here although getting up there in age. I can't believe this! I just lost everything! So this tells me that it wasn't meant to be right now. I would say let's use the chat room, but I don't know if we'd be interrupted or not and more than likely with this forum not being a spiritual forum you'd get a lot of negative energy rather than positive from those who are less open. It's all ready after 11 and although I'd like to do this.... man I feel this older male. Maybe just a few things I don't know. Older male passed of or had the heart attack. There were two heat issues, could even be 2 heart attacks. He does talk about someone not being there when he passed and not being able to or felt they didn't get to say goodbye. He wants it known that it's okay. He does give me the name Jim so hold onto this please. Michelle is a significant name or one that sounds very close to that. He does give me the number 3 and 9 as being significant so a birthday wedding or passing for each month or the 3rd or 9th of (A) month. Would you understand why he is telling me Gilligan's Island? He also says there is a Mike or Mick connection. Who he is, who he is with or who he is acknowledging here in the physical world. Also the A female name comes up as in, but not necessarily Ann or Agnes. He talks about being trapped or feeling trapped before passing and I feel it has to do with either mental or physical health. Bob or Bobby comes up as well. He also gives me the two birthdays on the same day, do you understand that? Also he wants me to mention the grandparents that passed either the same day or very close together. Ask all family about anything you don't understand. He also says coyote then shows me my daughter’s drawings of wolves so for me I see this as his way of acknowledging or saying he's with the artist in the family. Ben, Bob, Bill the B male name comes up so it's who he is, who he is with or who he is acknowledging and or using for evidential purposes. Bill, it's Bill he is trying to get me to say. Also someone goes by a nick name, more than they would their birth name or someone did. Mention the nick name he says. Also the Stop sign or light is significant. It's red and I'll leave that there. You have the sister and his way of acknowledging her unless you have no biological, half or step sister then its the connection to the name Sarah that is significant. He wants me to talk about the holiday that is coming up. He makes me feel this is important. For me it would be as it's my anniversary on the 4th of July. Ahhh never mind, I know what he is referring to, there is an anniversary coming up or just passed. The D male connection is either who he is, who he is with or who he is acknowledging and or using for evidential purposes as in Doug, Dan etc. maybe not one of those exact names, but keep the D MALE name in mind please when asking family who he may be referring to. He keeps saying April over and over so it’s either the name that is the connection or the month. Hold onto this please. He wants it known that is doing wonderful over there. He says he is with a B male and reaches out to his side to show me there is a male with him. There was a definite heart issue with this older male and he does say twice so remember this please. He is acknowledging the one that is referred to by the two names such as Betty Lu, Mary Sue, Becky Ann, Billy Bob something to this here or in spirit. The rust color dog is with him he says. It could be the dogs name was Rusty I'm not sure now but there is a medium size dog with him and he says Rust. He wants me to talk about the tubes or tube down the throat? If not for him then think about who he may be referring to, I feel this is a man he is referring to. The A female name comes up as in Ann, Arlene etc. again maybe not one of.... never mind I just realize this may be you he is referring to. He wants me to talk about the sharing of his name first or middle for either someone here in the physical world or there in spirit whether named after someone or not. He sends his love this older male. He talks about the motherly figure still here for you whether biological, step, mother in-law, or one that you would see as mother, but this motherly figure is here in the physical world the one he is referring to. I felt that he was referring to your actual mother though. I really can't hold the link any longer as I've been doing this for a few hours and completely lost the session the first time so I hope you are able to make sense of the information that has come through although no way near what was there before. I hear tell her I am okay and with mother. Again he says the name Billy so hold onto this please. He does talk about the sister figure not only for you, but for him. He also says the name Joe/Joseph and this is either who he is, who he is with or who he is acknowledging and or using for evidential purposes. He also wants me to mention the brother figure for him, this older male. He also wants me to talk about the poker or the cards. I'm reminded of my family who plays cards at least once a month together. Also the name Ed or Edna comes up some Ed connection as in Edna, Edward, Edmond etc. here or in spirit. He sends his love to you and the family. He again says that he is doing fine, no worries. Okay, I've got to let this go as I keep dropping the link with him because I'm so tired, but that's when things will really get messed up when I do that. I think the one thing that stands out for me is that someone didn't get to say goodbye from what he was telling me and that he wanted them to let this go. That he was aware of this. Oh and that someone wasn't there, maybe that's what he meant, either way he says to let that go, that he understands. He had shown me my brother Mark who couldn't handle seeing my brother Steve before he passed so he never went to say goodbye, it has to do with the goodbye and not being able to say it. Okay well I hope whoever he is for you that this makes some sense, although I felt it was father only you would know. Was there some lung issue with father or another male figure in spirit for you? Twice a male told me to mention the lung issue for them. Also I do remember now that there was a male who had an issue with the tubes in his throat. This could be the same male or someone different. He keeps showing me a tube and then I hear the word tube or tubes can't always make things out. There was also a passing in the month of August for someone connected to you and I feel this was a female. Also E female comes up as in Ellie, Ellen, Elaine either here or in spirit. Don't assume the above goes with this. Always separate each bit of information as I have done and then you might see if the information goes with what was typed before or after it. Hi Aerianne, Can you do me a favor? Don't reply to the session until I have a chance to try this again. I am so frustrated by all the information lost that I can't sleep. Lessons to be learned. I'd like to give it a go one more time. I'm not going to look at the information that came through in this first post to you and just start new and then once everything is up you can respond to both if you wouldn't mind. I just want to add one thing, in the session that got deleted I remember the male coming through having mentioned Bolder or Bolder Dash. I felt at the time this was a significant place or street name. Also Frank is significant and the numbers 6090 as an address past, present, yours, family member I don't know. See I am confused a bit here. I was always told if you read a person and you hit many others it is a cold reading. Ok Gilligans Island. This was one of my favorite shows but this is probably millions of peoples favorite show growing up. See all these names connect to me and probably a lot of people. Anne is my wife Arlene is my sister, Ellen is my sister, Betty is a friend of ours that passed. My dad passed away a heart attack. Most older people played cards all the time there was not much to do. Billy is my nephews name. I bet on most of your reads for some reason I am going to connect the info. But why would that be? I did a read on a site and it connected with three people and they basically booted me off as a cold reader. But I was still learning and I told them up front like you have that it will connect with other people. Maybe I am still in the learning stages but I have done on here what you are doing and I read one person and it connected with another. So maybe my knowledge of understanding is not as clear as yours. This might be why I am off sometimes and on others. I wish I knew because I have a feeling I am going to make a connection with your reads all the time. And I wonder if that is just the way it goes with me. My mom died in April but for years she celebrated her birthday in March but later on we found out it was in April 17 when she was really born. I am not bashing you I am here to get knowledge and maybe learn from the way you do stuff. I hear voices and see images and that is how I read. You say they step foward like they are waiting for a turn. Mine actually flies over my head and they say a word or a phrase and they move on. When I forgot something they brought it back up in my mind and confirmed it for me. And they would not stop till I got the whole info to come thru. And then I left the site because a person on the site wanted to test me. I sent him over a hundred reads and he said I was the most talented person he has ever ran into. Then he tested me by putting up an image on his wall on a piece of paper. I tried for many times and failed. He finally dropped me. But he told me if I ever go live this would be a big problem because to many people would get attached to me and i would never get any rest and will be treated good and bad and have nay followers. This is probably true, but you have to remember we haven't heard from Aerianne who may or may not be able to connect with the information that is coming through. I agree with the Gilligans Island being a lot of people's favorite show, but lets just say as an example that Gilligan for Anne is her cats name. That would be more of a connection then the fact that you and everyone that watched the show did so because it was a fav. And you are right about the card thing to, but maybe let's just say her dad or uncle or even grandfather had a love for poker and the only one in the family that really liked the game. We are looking for specifics and this is why I'm here. I do this all the time, but I wasn't even please with what was posted. It ran across my mind that you might be able to take some of this, but again I'm looking for specific things to be validated. It may be that Anne has all the same connections plus the other stuff as well. When I finally went to bed after re-reading what was written I was disappointed in the read. I ask myself, how can I be disappointed in something I have no control over and then I was reminded of Doris Stokes and went to go watch her on youtube. My problem with this session is there are not to me enough specifics, but spirit says that it's okay. Although I would like to trust that, an issue I've been having for months I want to fix things and do another session. If Anne could take some of the few specifics such as the dog or Rusty dog, Bolder Dash or Bolder connection even if it's the slightest connection then I might say it was an okay connection. We have to consider all of it, not just the names or some of it. Anyone can give a ton of names, but there has to be more than that and once I re-read the info that came through I said to spirit there wasn't enough specific's, but again this is why I am here to hone this. I don't care how far you get with mediumship, you're still learning as you know and mediums such as JE, Theresa Caputo, George Anderson, RoseMary Altea, Gordon Smith, Grondon Higginson and so many others will tell you the same thing. I'm sorry you've gone through this, this is really hard to go through and can really take a toll and discourage the reader. I haven't looked at any of your reads, but this is only because anyone who posts in this thread may have all ready received information from you. Sure someone might say I read their post to get some of the info, but I don't care whether they think I've read past post about them, I know I haven't and I'm here to learn. If I cheat myself, I'm not learning. I totally understand where you are coming from Rick and it sucks!!!!! It's hard doing this in a non spiritual forum, but there are not many left without having to pay for them. I know of a few, I use to run one. There was no harassing only and entire forum of like minded people. When the LOVE is not there, the energy is low. Would you want to walk into a room where you are not wanted or where there is a bunch of fighting gong on? NO that's why you left and spirit wasn't going for it either. You found this place because spirit lead you here. It may not be 100% positive due to someone sticking their nose into your reads, but ignore them, allow them to feel how they want to feel who cares, they have that right. We're all in a learning stage, think about it do we ever stop? Are you able to do this for people on the phone or in-person or even chat one on one Rick? (not this chat room) This I feel would really benefit you. When you have a huge forum like this and spirit sees that window of opportunity you will have others (spirit people) jumping in and of course similarities. Think about it, if there was an airline giving away round trip tickets to a country were your family was and you hadn't seen them in years would you be on that airplane or would you pass it up? Spirit sees this as their chance to make a connection to their loved ones here and although the session won't have the specifics as it does for the person it's intended for it makes the reader think. Man that sure sounds like my dad and my family expect this, this and that. It's that person's family coming through to say hello indirectly through anothers session because they realize there may not be another chance to say hello in the way. It's funny when people claim this as cold reading, when the sitter is actually absent from the sitter. I can see how they would say that there's a possibility of someone reading past post, but for me personally I don't have time for that, plus I'm not hip on reading as it is. I DO NOT feel Anne's session was specific enough, for my taste and that is why I've asked her to hold on. It may be a few days to a week before I get to it though because I'm really in pain now. LOL funny, but not. Rick, my advice is don't get into the habit of doing reads just to prove it to someone because then you lose and its becomes about ego. I understand we need to have things clarified and you can peruse this for the sake of learning, but like me you are here to further develop, keep it about that and just keep moving forward. Ask spirit to help you in the area's you feel need work or you might suggest to them that you feel you'd like to work on a specific clair. I have actively been studying mediumship for over 11 years and every day I read something, I watch a video or do some type of research on old time spiritualism or search forums where people are open to mediumship and still I have so much to learn, but at least we are trying Rick and that's what counts.
