That reminded me of a story. I was sitting in my parents living room with my sister watching tv and she noticed a little baby spider come dangling into her view that had abseiled on web down from the ceiling. Then she noticed another couple of baby spiders hanging from the ceiling. Then she realised that there were about a total of 30 of them which must have just all hatched at once. A room full of spiders...

on further inspection we found a massive dead momma spider with a big hole in her ass where the egglets had eaten their way out of her body. she was in the bookcase.

needless to say it scarred us both.

A few times my cat has bought mice into my house to play with . the traumatized mice were always to o quick to catch to be put back out side . fortunately for the mice they found their own way out side before my cat found them again.

I hope he got a good deal.
I heard a story, I have no idea if it is true but an office received a cactus from some place and after a while the cactus was noticed moving. The office personnel called the business to see what was going on and they said "GET OUT OF THE BUILDING!" Soon after thousands of spiders emerged.

I thought that film was just funny. Although, when it saw that one spider crawl into the slipper, it changed my pre putting on shoes routine :D

the small little thick quick moving spiders I try to kill and flush down the toilet, the thin daddy long legs I mostly leave alone or take outside if they are walking around in my comfort zone where they shouldnt be.

I grew up near a creek and I remember some pretty disgusting spiders down there. One will be etched into my memory forever. I was retrieving a football in the creek and I picked the football up and looked up to see this green and yellow spider about the size of an average tarantula and a foot in front of my face. I backed up and noticed its web must have been about 2 x 2 feet. I went back daily to look at thing for a week but from a much further distance and eventually I think I threw rocks or something at the web.

i scream like a girl and go into autopilot kill mode, where i grab the nearest solid object and bring it down on the little motherfucker with enough force to kill 10000 spiders

I get nightmares about spiders.. Lots of little ones or just absolutely massive ones. For the most part they end up feeling my wrath when I find them after a good one minute stare-down-mad-confidence-build. One made the mistake of crawling through my bed when I was asleep and wrecked it for his/her entire arachnid population.

Every so often, when they are either completely out of my way I'll let them relax there. Or if they're in too risky a spot to try to maim.

    *shudder*

last year i was co-living for 6 months or so with a very nice female spider (don't ask me how i know, i'm sure she was a lady). then i was leaving the house for 2 months and she went away; she left her little-big house and some booty...and desappear...:(
