Spice Gold vs Real Weed

I've read through all of these posts and I have some questions. What exactly are these herbs in spice gold? Any dangers involved? Any respectable research done in that area? I think I'm going to give this stuff a try though, after all the reviews. As for the price, shit, eighths of not-that-great weed around here run around $60! I simply refuse to pay that price and haven't found anyone willing to sell cheaper, so hopefully this stuff works for me.

 

Spice Gold works and its a great smoke but Gold Star is much better. Its like 10 times more potent and its cheaper. Although the ingredients are not listed Im almost certain it is basicly the same blend as spice gold. The herbs used in spice gold are all actually pretty safe (aside from smoking them). A few of the ingredients are mild euphorics, sedatives and intoxicants which are extracted and refined to produce a synergistic effect.

Here is the list of ingredients from Spice Gold with some descriptions I retrieved from erowid.org and wiki, could use some help on some of this.


Baybean - Filler; baybean makes a light and absorbent filler, its fluffy texture holds the extracted resins and oils.
Blue Lotus - Mild sedative and potentiator for other psychoactive plants.
Lion's Tail - Sedative; Intoxicant. The dried flowers, when smoked, provide a mild euphoric sedation reminiscent of Cannabis.
Lousewort - Not sure which one of the 600 different species of lousewort this is referring to. !need help
Indian Warrior - Pedicularis densiflora, a plant of the Lousewort Genus.The buds are sold as medicinal herbs and are smoked for their psychoactive effects.
Dwarf Scullcap - Gentle sedative; Often used in herbal sleeping remedies.
Maconha Brava - Zornia Latifolia; The dried seeds are smoked as a hallucinogenic substitute for Cannabis.
Pink Lotus - The dried flowers are sometimes smoked, made into a tea, or macerated in alcohol for a mild sedative effect.
Marshmallow - Flavoring?
Red Clover - ??? help
Rose - I guess, aroma
Siberian Motherwort - AKA Marahuanilla or "Little Marijuana", Euphoric and Sedative properties. The dried buds are smoked to achieve a mild to intense high similar to Marijuana.
Vanilla - Flavor/Aroma
Honey - Bad for vegans

Actually, after doing some research, I'm interested to know how these sites even sell Spice Gold, etc to the U.S. I've visited dozens of sites now with better prices on these herbs, but with distinct disclaimers stating they will not sell to the U.S. under any circumstances. So is it ok to live here and sell it? But not ok for Canada to sell to us? I'm confused.

 

The Psychedeli(company who produce it) are British and although there are no laws stating these items can't be sold, they just put restrictions on certain countries in fear of it becoming illegal and then other countries following suit. Seeing as America is probably the most likely place for this to happen, they didn't want to sell it there. Some people have broke the terms and are selling it to USA/wherever else. I think that's right I dno.

 

That's exactly what I heard Electronaut. Too bad our government seems so set against us chillin but I guess I can't blame Psychedeli. I just wished I didn't have to be affected by it. lol I love Spice Gold and it's hard to get. Just when I thought I was at least legal now I have to feel guilty about using it in a place it wasn't intended to be, GREAT lol

It's updated daily with the "in stock" situation so it's easy to see who has it and who doesn't at any given time. The way I see it you can already buy spice gold online from stores based here in the US and it seems to be going well. I have yet to see in major publications or media coverage about Spice Gold in america. Its as if the public hasnt caught on to it yet. Not like Salvia is now where you may read about kids doing it in the news papers or see a story about it on CNN.

Further more it looks to me like since they opened up to the US market they have not been able to keep up with the new demands. This is a good thing for PsycheDeli because they only stand to profit further as long as they are willing to expand.

This is also good news for us as consumers because the more these companies grow and prosper on the market there will be more competitors wanting to get in on the action. Competition means better products and lower prices. The only way a rival company can compete is by offering a better product, or the same product at a cheaper price.

 

Well, the reaction I have heard come out of the mouth of everyone who has smoked salvia extract in front of me...

Spice gold is not necessarily on the same level as Salvia--being two totally different things, but spice gold did get me feeling pretty heavy... I do not know. It is almost like a Diet Pepsi Indica... LOL
