Well no, it doesn't, but if they show once and you delay it so they have to again, there's no way they're letting you get away with it, they'll be there to do you as badly as they can.

Always contest everything, but don't waste everyone's time, including your own, delaying your speeding ticket court.... it's not murder, you'll be worse off, not better...

 

I think calling it a toboggan cap probably is a result of toboggan riding being cold as fuck, and requiring a good hat.

I always thought a toboggan hat was a particularly long one, like santa hat length or greater.
