meth is methylated amphetamine- a more intense form of amphetamine. aderral is amphetamine salt, which is pure speed. Hes probably selling a mix of prescription amphetamine and a research chemical or cutting agent.

 

It really could be anything - plus, you can't go by his description of the effects, as this is a guy who's trying to push you a compound, without telling you the name, just saying "It's awesome!!!!" and charging $100 a gram.

I wouldn't even bother asking him what it is since he's clearly just out to make a quick buck.
