I don't eat much candy, but Mint Pillows are pretty good.

Main Entry: vitamin D
Function: noun
: any or all of several fat-soluble vitamins chemically related to steroids, essential for normal bone and tooth structure, and found especially in fish-liver oils, egg yolk, and milk or produced by activation (as by ultraviolet irradiation) of sterols: as a : CALCIFEROL b : CHOLECALCIFEROL called also sunshine vitamin

I believe all milk is nuked now/don't know if the added (?) D is enough to do any Good.
Anywho it's normally tossed into calcium supplements...

Ahhh, I see. ;)

I kind of figured you were talking about vitamin D, but I wasn't 100% sure.

I'm not sure what my vitamin D intake is at the moment. I haven't been taking my multi-vitamin lately (shame, shame!) to know what I would be getting from that in addition to my solid intake.

Well I'm on my fourth cup of coffee so I'm not behind, but I'm slacking a bit this morning. Not as feisty. ;) I think I might be battling whatever it is that my oldest son caught that made me have to clean up vomit in the middle of the night. Yuck. I just hope to God that my twins don't start throwing up. Please no!

Anyway, I feel really tired despite my coffee intake and my head has been hurting for 3 days now off and on. At least it hasn't been a constant thing though. ;)

i go through really random stages of having obsessions with different kinds of stuff.
i went through an obsession with jelly babies, choc coated sultanas, sour skittles, those starburst squirt things.
now i am obsessed with m&ms:)
