Korbel is made in California, in the Russian River Valley. Biltmore House is made in Asheville, NC, but some of their grapes come from California.
Sure thing. Why are you asking? Yes again ... but of course not all of it, since it requires secondary fermentation. If you google it you get lots of hits. I think more than 75% of all wine is produced in California - bubble or no bubble.
