Having no true friends isnt really a bad thing...I dont think its so, at least. It could just mean that there arent any desirable folk to hang out with at your school or whatever.

Thats a way to see it (no its not).

when i was in JR. high and in high school i had one true friend,the outher kids that were around me were there because of my sister,i was verry shy in school and did not make friends verry well.and i am still friends with that one friend.

 

Yeah, pretty much same here. I have a few close friends. Well....really none. I have a few friends I hang out with, and many people I talk to or would hang out with if I ended up there somehow, but not on my own.

It just kinda happens

You'll find someone who wants to be your friend, but sometimes you have to reach out to someone first. Tell them something meaningful. That's how I made my best friend in the whole world. AND you're only 14, (you're probably really sick of hearing that, but it's true) I'm not saying that at 14 you don't need any friends, but you shouldn't try and substitute a boyfriend for friends, or vice versa.
