I got turned over my supervisors knee and spanked for being too drunk at the company Christmas party. I got called into reprimand and had two meetings , the first with my manager and supervisor present and the spanking was decided necessary. My manager basically decided I needed a spanking. The second meeting I had to turn over my supervisors knee with a second supervisor present as witness as it’s company policy to have a witness present for disciplinary meetings . I have to say “yes ma’am “ when I’m speaking to my manager or supervisor, especially if I’m in trouble. My supervisor reviewed my behaviors and spanked me , stopping occasionally so I could respond with “yes ma’am.” The other supervisor was just present as witness and did not speak except to say hello when my spanking was over. I also received a spanking from my manager. My butt was sore and red and this was the last day before Christmas that I got spanked. It is still sore from bruises and I think it was unfair because we were not on the clock while we were drinking.
This is a true ish story. The spanking was not physical of course, but verbal. Everything else is 100% true.
I thought that was the point of Xmas parties. Where do you work or live, where you have to say "yes ma'am"? Alabama in the 50s?
Right!?!? I said that, your supposed to let your guard down and have fun at Christmas parties! Guess I’ll never go to one again! In the big state of Texas you say yes sir and yes ma’am. It’s just as much expected as if you were a child!
So this was disciplinary action after a company sponsored party. It's not uncommon in small to mid size companies for disciplinary action outside working hours while still representing the company. Even major corporations have conducted disciplinary action up to and including termination for actions outside of the work place that tarnishes the company image. I worked for a major corporation that fired an executive upon finding that the executive had his mistress with him on a business trip. The way they found out was the exec's wife showed up at the hotel and surprised them while they were in the bed together. Being drunk at the Christmas party should have got your little ass smacked. But then you may have a nice little ass that just begs to be spanked, drunk or not.
It’s not like we were at a party with partnering companies or potential clients. Let’s be clear , I work from home, this was a zoom party that only 5 people attended including myself. It was really messed up, still is. I’m one quick to accept discipline when deserved, even seek it out, but this was not warranted at all. I do have a nice little ass that begs to be spanked, maybe that’s why I got spanked. But my feelings are hurt, standing in the corner with a bare red bottom for doing nothing wrong.
