One word frees us of all the weight and pain of life: that word is love.

Actually there's another word : that word is death.

 

I'd say the word is SANITY.

 

Love adds more weight and pain, not less. If you love others, then you naturally worry about them and care about them.

You love your kids, but holy crap do they add weight and pain.
