I will never understand why the whole JNCOs trend happened.

When I was in elementary and middle school I would wear old hippie clothes that I bought at Goodwill. You can't find stuff like that anymore, it seems.

Probably hanging out by the creek. It was awesome when younger but I don't really get what the appeal of it was, walking around mucky water, with spiders, insects and crawdads. neighbors dogs barking as you'd walk past the part that went through their property, get stickers from the weeds caught in my socks.

There's a place here called Ragstock that sells hippie clothes, but it's all too expensive.

 

Nah dude, I was thee SHIIIT! Had a black pair that I wore with a matching black button up shirt, white suspenders, white low cut dress shoes....SHARP!!!

Then I had a white pair, and kaki colored pair. HUH?!! WHAAAAT?!

I don' know that specific talking heads album but I have their double greatest hits and I can listen to it amost front to back both CD's.
Pretty much anything else I am not embarrassed of. I just think, well I was a kid.

i owned one of these babies with that extra cool third walkman type player that was removable

 

Friend at work had a boombox bigger than that one and you couldn't hear it down the end of the isle (back when i worked at a grocery store)
After boomboxes were not allowed because of customers complaining you could hear his headphones from the end of the isle.

It was a Phillips brand boombox.
