Someone killed a bird and left it at our doorstep. Is this a curse?

yeah dude totally, i mean ive basically always been agnostic, but after my bad mushie trip and I heard voices and delusions it felt purely spiritual actually, like i had to think of good and all that good positivity and all that, and when it really got bad, i would think of god and rely on god or else i felt fucked. Sooo yeah i dont know about all of it or where im getting at exactly but if there is a God he definately helped me through the hardest time of my life.
Ps OP wicked story sorry for you about it tho.

i do not think the best first reaction is the negative one.
could always be a cat spirit wishing to be generous.

better than a horse head in your bed- or a fish wrapped in newspaper left at your doorstep-

. To some, this practice can be seen as a curse - to others a warning
.. To some, the obvious is blatant - to others a more profound meaning
... To some, it is a terror - to others a more subtle message
.... To some, to be a worry - to others it is a sign
It seems to me that one can consider options that you are more suited to.
Directly: - Speak with who you think might 'help' (in a general way)to establish a reason
Similar spirituality: - Place your own sign/message in response to this - a saucer of seed, fauna and flora - of welcome, an aromatic candle/lantern - of invitation and a pad and pen/pencil for an opportunity to engage
There are alternatives to anything - Be comfortable with your choice
    "Blessings"
    :)
