It's easy to offer Afghaniis better health care. Hell most of them had no care before, live in a country where they are lucky if they have electricity for 3 hours a day, there are no safe roads to travel, plumbing and sanitation are primitive, but they have cheap access to narctotics.

 

Its easy, but the Taliban didn't. The new government did. Result - 40,000 children a year saved. Don't like it? Then bring the Taliban back.

I can guarantee you that the people in this country who are "denied healthcare" get better health care than anyone in Afghanistan could ever dream of getting. Are you really going to feel sorry for yourself compared to a people in a country where the average person earns 200 bucks a year and has a life expectancy of 46?
