Actually the US didn’t declare war on Germany, Hitler declared war on the US. Also the US only entered the European threatre after the tide was turning against Germany – Operation Sea lion was a failure so no invasion of Britain and the Russians had driven back the Germans from Moscow beginning the bloody reoccupation of land lost to the Nazis.

But there were those in the US that thought fighting on two fronts was too much and didn’t want to go into Europe if that had happened the most likely outcome would have been a Soviet Russian domination even occupation of Europe, Britain would possible have held out but once the Russian juggernaut started rolling there would have been nothing to stop it from ‘liberated’ the whole of continental Europe in the same way it liberated those countries that ended up behind the iron curtain.

That would have vastly changed the dynamic of the cold war wouldn’t it and made the US position a lot more precarious.

Anyway it was in the US’s interests to be in Europe and why after it they helped get it back on its feet with the Marshal Plan and made a hell of a lot of money selling its goods to Europe.

You should also remember that the Europeans do have nuclear weaponsand as a whole the EU has the second largest army in the world.

 

The elderly tend to vote conservative and be very sensitive to any "communism" in goverment. But those same people are fine getting a social security check. They don't see the hypocracy.

You paid a tax to goverment and now you sort of get your own money back because even though you can not work and offer no real value to society from the alt-right viewpoint you are allowed to live and eat. The Vikings used to expect their elderly to commit suicide for this reason. Life is hard and it's wrong of them to make it harder. I guess the modern American wants to also live in the dark ages and struggle.

If you have such an issue with socialism it should be unacceptable for any American to retire unless they are in the 1%. the other 99% are sure to ask for hand outs.

Especially when a fundamental belief of that system is that tax has no place and the people who don't pay it are too smart for the system therefor deserving even more reward and praise. We can trust them more than the goverment. Only one of them cares for our freedoms.

A corporate command economy is not a form of free enterprise capitalism. It is not a form of socialism, because it does not care about the welfare of human beings. It does have a lot in common with organized crime. And the corporate commanders always fight in court to keep their tax and banking records secret ... sort of like Trump has been doing for almost four years.

Do you read history books?Jews were bad because they controlled the economy and made life hard for Germans. They use unfair business practices and the idea that people feel sorry for them because of past racism to exploit.

I'm not sure what you are saying. The Jews were seen as a different race by Germany as well. The subject of a race is a whole other topic. I consider Jews white the same as an English person. But some might argue different. I don't think it matters compared to the facts of the holocaust. However you want to slice it there were different so it was OK to hate them. If Nazi Germany would "make socialists proud" why was Hitler at war with Russia? People with your views LOVE Nazi Germany because they see similarity to modern America.

One fights the Jews and socialists the other fights the Muslims and socialists. You can't have it both ways.

As for the eat the rich thing. I guess you don't understand how the wealthy and elite supported Hitler because he made them richer. Like we see now in America a certain class of 1%'ers don't care as long as they get theirs. Which again means Germany is a good alt-right Republican goal because they were not socialists. The USSR takes wealth and Germany is a free market with no "deep state" of Jews.

A modern socialist society would be similar to western European countries. Any religion is premited. A class system exists but the top class is taxed heavily. The states does not tell you what to do for a living. Like for example in the USSR the Olympic athletes were picked at an early age. You want to be a scientist? Too bad because you showed a natural skill for basketball and you must bring the nation honor.

None of this is similar to Nazi Germany. Like a typical right wing person the buzz words of Nazi or socialist only mean anything to the left of fascism. Nazism is a right wing idea where as socialism is left one. There was a war in the East for a reason.

 

It's funny to hear Americans bitch and act like they know anything. They love to tell other people how wrong they are when about 3/4 of Americans don't even own a passport.
I'm an American who went for it. I live someplace with a high tax even for European high tax. The goverment does many things. With the current virus propel kind of expect that. How will you take care of us? Where is our healthcare? Where are the hate speech laws protecting us from the "free speech" Amerivcnas love so much which ends up being racism.

No one is bothered by this. It's only ignorant Americans who insist on telling us we are not happy. Do you know the main reasons Europeans will not come to America? First they are afraid of getting injured in an accident or being shot. How would they pay for it? There is travel insurance but you can get fucked by those easily and be mailed a $50,000 bill in your home country. Second is the racism which makes people not care about other people. They are saddened by seeing Americans live so poorly but be so confident that everyone is jealous of them.

This sums it up perfectly. Americans will laugh at this and say "damn right". Europeans will roll their eyes.
