What proof do you have for such a profound statement?

Government programs were invented to create a dependent class, and an entitlement culture. And a visciously endless cycle of an impoverished class who keeps politicians job security with votes to keep living a life of sub-mediocrity

When someone in dire straits receives a charitable donation raised by volunteers of the community, they are more likely to use it to work their way out of their problems. Whereas a government check is handed out to them on a monthly or biweekly basis, and the recipient is less likely to work their way out it, and find comfort in living on the bare minimum without searching for a lifestyle improvement.

In fact, government handouts are designed to discourage the recipients from seeking a better life. For example, Welfare benefits are deducted in married households, and more is given to single mother households. Discouraging rasing children in wedlock.

Yeah I was gonna say... I’m not searching for links for the guy who disappears or just distracts with a meme whenever faced with criticism he can't answer. Which is frequent.

Especially when I’m making a point that has been covered over and over again and all the information is right here in the politics forums.

the proof is in the lifestyle of socialists and under the regime. Do nothing but expect everything to be handed out. Or work hard and accept the small amount of food offered, So many socialist countries feed their population and all starve, church orgs try to help but they just can’t help the populAtion because they, the socialist, are greedy, want more, take more than they should, the government says. Selifish people who will kill for a loaf of bread, denying another that bread. Selfish! and the more people are given, the more they want. It is a trait that can’t be squashed no matter how hard they say it isn’t about them. It is. It is about what each one wants! want, and it is always more. Not enough, more, ok you want more, more taxes, like a drug, blindly they become a slave to the government, When socialism comes in the front door love for it goes out the back, but it is often to late. It is a parasite. Perhaps people simply are for wanting at all. Socialists are feeding off the workers. It creeps up and then one day the socialist looks back and says. But that’s not what I meant to happen. This is not what I expected it to be like. This is not what I mean.

Capitalist say the more I want or need, the harder I will work for it. This is interesting too. People here say I am a capitalist? Do I like to make my life easier? Yes! If that makes me a capitalist, so be it. Something wrong with that? Socialists tell people to depend on those who work hard to make their own life easier that it is their responsibility to look after you. That is spoiled! Pay you to do nothing, will you to pay you fairly for work you can do, but no, that isn’t what I want to do, says the spoiled young socialist. I want to play! News flash, the world doesn’t work that way. Sometimes you have to do work you don’t like to do in order to survive. How many of those in California, who spend their days in leisure or doing so on the backs of their hard working capitalistic parents or on society. Sometimes you have to do. As they reject them, reject their parents. Unwilling to go out and do farm work, no leave that to slave labour, South American illegals. Unwilling to do construction work, no let the slaves do it. Unwilling to do manual labour. That is hard, Need money, hand out for it. Give me money. As the California government takes the lions share that the entire country pays out, in order to support their slaves with healthcare, that is greed. In socialism workers are the slave for the government. In socialism no one feels success, everyone just needs more.

woory worry worry, worry about China, worry about Italy, don’t worry about yourself, it is about the plight of everyone else but you. You don’t matter, you are being selfish to think of yourself. Shamed for it! Individuals don’t matter, you are nothing special. You are nothing. To think of yourself at all is selfish. There is nothing special about you! I know this, living in a socialist society. My socialist government has trained us well.

it is how it works. The grass looks greener until you get there.

it is a double edged sword.

having children is the most selfless act And job one can take on. Yet those that have them, mothers became a bad thing for money, it was looked down upon for some time. Just a mother, just a housewife. People think about this, have thought about it. If you have kids it will cost you. Family planning is an individual choice, to have kids or not. We think about the quality of life for that child or children one decides to have. What you hope for them, what you want for them in life. How much money should everyone have to pay to raise that child you decided to have? Can you put a value on it?

to decide, I am not having children or just one can be seen selfish as well. You are only thinking of yourself and your own wants. You aren’t giving your child as much social interaction, you are spoiling one, everything is for that one. They don’t know how to share.

So what is the dollar value on that child per month? who has to pay for that child? People naturally want their lives to be easier. Everyone does.

no Vlad, I seem to recall you only thinking of yourself and about how YOU aren’t allowed to go out. This was selfish thinking! Shame on you. Remember, you are nothing. You are not special! You are not entitled to anything, not even handouts. Be sure that every child is raised to know they are nothing, they don’t matter. Nothing is about them. You don’t matter! If you don’t do that, the life you raised them to believe exists will be a disappointment and the bubble will pop. The children will reject their parents and everything they raised that child to believe. Perhaps simply kill themselves, but hey, no big deal, that child you raised doesn’t matter, easily replaced. It is just one. Well I look at the corona virus, and yes, socialism has taught me, it doesn’t matter, it is just a small fraction, no big deal. I will protect myself, but I don’t matter! I am nothing. You are nothing. Children are nothing. No individual thoughts allowed! Others matter but you don’t. No one matters, everyone is nothing, you don’t exist. Why do anything? No point, I am nothing. Shhhhhh be quiet! A group is nothing too. They deserve nothing, they are nothing. A group is just a gathering of individuals. They are still nothing, they are not special
