The title of it is, Human Resource Exploitation Training Manual. It was used back in 1983 and is exactly 124 pages, there are MANY MANY blacked out lines with hand written 'corrections' added. Its the manual on the website I listed there, please if you care about South America at all, you'll help to try and finally close this terrible school.
