I have to admit I am very disillusioned with British politics at the moment . Politically IMO this country is in a mess and I don't think we have a suitable prime minister in the waiting despite the impending General Election which will happen sooner or later . Boris Johnson - IMO is just a buffoon. I thought that long before he became prime minister . He is now showing his true colours . Jeremy Corbyn - I think his heart is sometimes in the right place . However for me he doesn't look like a prime minister and I don't think he will win over the marginal votes that will decide the winning party .He reminds me of someone left over from the 70s . Do we have anyone else ? With all the recent goings on at the House Of Commons until Boris shut it down , I am beginning to wonder just who is running this country ? As things stand I don't think I will bother voting as I don't consider anyone worth electing .If voting became compulsory then I would just intentionally void my voting slip .
Absolutely no second thoughts needed on this one Mysteron. NIGEL FARAGE is the Man. Closely followed by Jacob Rhees Mog for deputy Prime Minister. But hey. No Worries. Bojo is going to release us from 'prison' on 31st October 2019. No worries. Cheers!!!!!!
Oh great !!! - a lying, conniving racist thief, An an 18th Century prat !!!, and a Prime Minister who is likely to end up in Pentonville himself very soon !!! Nice choice (not).
Thanks for the responses so far . I have to say that I am not into extreme left or right politics. If anything I am more aligned to the centre. I will therefore be probably amongst the number of wavering voters that could decide who the next ruling party is . Neither the current Conservative or Labour leaders would be my choice as things stand. If I do vote then it will be a case of lesser of the 2 evils. If I had to nail my colours to the mast then my choice would be the Mayor Of Manchester, Andy Burnham . However it is highly unlikely that he will be in charge of any party going into the next election .
There are posters on HipForums who I'd rather get in to do it. Seriously, no-one in politics. I'm sick of the whole system. I'm sick of the archaic language. I'm sick of them all being so old. I want someone genuine who is motivated by desire to make the world a good place, not money or more power.
Yes, I hate injustice and the bastards who created it in the first place - the scumbag 'nasty party' and anyone connected to them !!!
Jimmy Carter isn't British, and he's 94 years old. Put someone like that in power, and he'll likely be assassinated if he tries to do anything serious. There's a damned good reason the US candidates are all total duds. Once the wolves dominate the scene, you have no choice but to confront them headon and stamp them out like the vermin they are.
That's why I think this country is in a bad place at the moment regarding politics. There is simply no choice . Its either A or B with C & D having no chance . Neither A or B IMO are really good options but never the less one of these parties will be in power around 1st November( my birthday) and deciding our futures as we go forward into 2020 . We will also be alone without being in the EEC and without a deal . I think we are all Dooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooomed !
No, she's where she should be, in hell !!! stoking the fiery furnace with Arthur Scargill's coal along with every other member of the scumbag 'nasty party' who should be there with her !!!
