    There is a big difference between someone that decides to sue other something like this and someone sueing because they burn themselves with hot coffee.

    But yeah, sue happy America.

    The other option in these case would be working to make sure they change procedures and standards.

    both families sue the county or whatever, Indiana suffers, they console each other on a cruise in the caribbean...what is so wrong here?

    So what is the basis for a lawsuit?

    It's a terrible mistake, but why are people owed money?

    I would be happy if I found my daughter was alive...I would be devastated that my daughter was found to be dead.

    Why go to court over it? Families of soldiers sometimes don't know if their loved ones are dead or alive, should they start sueing too?
