I just started my fitness goals. I'm doing this work out/ eating challenge. I hope I have the willpower to finish it.
drop 5-10 pounds, and double the distance i jog every morning. eat during the day and not only at night : )
To become more flexible (be able to do the splits on the ground and while doing a handstand), to gain arm strength, to get more focused on yoga and dance, and to enjoy doing it too
My health goal is simple: I want to live past 80 years old. I don't care about weight or how "buff" I look, etc. I just would prefer not to die in my 60s due to congestive heart failure. But I am not exactly leaning towards living to 80 right now! I need to find some sort of physical activity I do not hate passionately.
I want to lose my tummy and tone up my arms and thighs. I lost 60 lbs already and I want to get to 140 in the next few months. I started doing Insanity with my boyfriend. It's an awesome workout for all over toning and fat burning.
To eat more junk food than i normally do and yet still look as marvelous as i do now. So far i'm off to a good start.
I'm starting small. - Walking and/or biking everyday for 20 minutes and add five minutes every week. - Taking 5000MG of vitamin D, in order to improve my low vitamin D count. - Doing my four exercises that I have for physical therapy. - Keep a fitness journal here in the blog section of my profile. I want to see how all this makes me feel. And what it does to my body. Then I will add from there. I am not trying to gain or lose weight, or tone my body in any way. I just want to pain to stop, both physically and emotionally.
