Some people hate it but I don't. I'm a big fan of the Olympics. I don't watch much tv except for these kind of events. Thoughts?

I have not really got into the spirit yet. I'm not really into winter sports. The issues on the periphery have been more prevalent. I might watch the highlights on and off the events stage.

Thought the opening ceremony was brilliant. Likewise the facilities they've created. I thought the coast or the mountains would be a terrific place to visit. However, the tone of the British press towards Sochi has been absolutely pathetic. Western leaders not appearing was pathetically rude.

Haven't watched much of the sport yet.
