Why does that make a difference? And how come Pakistanis, Bangladeshis or Shri Lankans aren't mentioned? This makes me want to bash my head against the wall.
You said you think it should be against the law to wear a shirt with a swastika or even have in public. So you think it's a good idea to actually limit what someone can wear because another person may take offence? Sorry but that just annoys me a helluva lot. It's their problem. I know kids who've walked around with swastikas on their hands, yeah it was offensive but it shouldn't be illegal. I don't like that kind of thinking either, sure it could be racist, or you know, you could be being racist to them. Basically if someone else can wear a cross around their neck despite the crusades, despite all the shit the church has done then I have the right to wear a swastika round my neck even though it wasn't even people of the same religion/same beliefs or even same continent that did it. I don't know if that came out right.
I understand what you're saying, but some things are just so inflamatory and stir such strong emotions. That asian guy might later have hoped it was illegal to wear a shirt like that because of the severe reprecussions he almost defintely would receive, and that's if he did not get them yet.
If that's the state of the World today, where if I go out in London wearing a swastika and get beaten because of it, then I would lose faith in Humanity a great deal. Even more if it was in Australia.
no reason at all. they're just usually called pakistanis, bangladeshis, etc. i've only seen indians referred to as asians, though, since it's not it practice here. we call them indians. sheesh. go have a cookie or something.
Oh I would if I could. Last time we got cookies we were given three boxes, I ate two of them and I'm guessing my dad ate the third. I haven't been bothered to throw the evidence away - still in my desk and on the floor.
i just spent half an hour vacuuming cookies off of my drm kit and the carpet. freaking cookies. sneaky kids, too.
haha.. Why on earth were they on your drum kit? xD I could really do with some form of sugar. I made hot chocolate since we don't even have any freakin' juice. (Unless you count orange and grapefruit but I'm sure grapefruit is not actually a fruit but a new way of torturing me)
my daughter snuck a cookie and at it hiding behind my drum kit. it's all ground into the carpet, too. took forever to get it all out. i like grapefruit a lot. we get thos huge texas grapefruit. they're sweet and delicious. i'm gonna make strawberry banana smoothies again. the fruit is just ripe enough for them to be tart AND sweet. i throw some cream in there to make it just a little fatty for the kids. they respond better to ice creamy textures and consider it dessert then, instead of just another food/beverage. SNEAKY.
Many asians served in the German military during WW2. Perhaps he is a descendant of one and is proud. Or perhaps he shares the same beliefs as those who did.
Also, according to Nazi "science" the aryan race was supposed to have descended from Tibetan mongoloids. The shwastika was originally a tibetan buddhist symbol before the Nazi party adopted it. I also don't know why hitler's hateful and empowering philosophy couldn't apply to anyone. I don't think anybody can know what this person's motives were for wearing that T-shirt.
The best sex I ever had was from an Indian girl. I'm sure it was just coincidence but she was miles above all the rest.
That sounds sweet, we have like no decent fruits in the house either. I'm jealous; we're really running out of food. Hoepfully we'll get to do some shopping today but I'm doubting it.
