9.6% is such a bullshit number though, that only counts for unemployed people looking for work. It doesn't take into account underemployed people and everyone who's just given up trying for now. The true actual unemployment rate is more like 14%

 

I started a temporary job when I was laid off by my previous employer so I could have some cash while I look for a new job.... I've been at the temp job for almost 6 months - went from a $17/hr skilled job to a measly $9/hr. It's tough out there.

 

We should just kill the ones who quit trying, it'd be good for the population control and well hell, they quit trying so what do they care?

 

well i am looking i've just been postponing it until this semester starts, i've been making bracelets and clothes nonstop though so there's barely any money but still

 

i'd quit trying if i wasn't poor as hell... why do we have to work for a LIVING lol that's ridiculous i would like to just live.

 

If nobody worked, this civilization would eventually fade. Everyone would say to hell with it and just be lazy, it'd be a miserable world after awhile, fun at first though. I'd much rather work all my life instead of just fucking sit around but then again I'm not lazy so what the hay.

Well I've changed a lot since I started off here, if civilization is a joke then fucking kill yourself, why waste your time? I'm proud to live in America, this is a damn good country and full of some damn good people, I love life so I stick around but hell if I just thought life was bullshit and the very civilization I was born into was a joke I'd do my peers a favor and just kill myself. DO EET.
