    Yes, it's still illegal ferderally, but I am not going to grow my own, so I am not putting as at risk. If I grew my husband would lose his retirement if his work found out, but the feds don't care if your spouse posses it. If for some reason they did all they would have to do is drug test him to know he had no part in it.
