Snowstorm

This storm is sure giving us a walloping here in the Northeast. Just a week ago it was the wind.

 

Bad weather calls for good beer...

 

Glad there's no storm here, as our central heating system broke down! Repair guy said he has to order parts, no hot water or central heating until tomorrow (if we're lucky!).

 

Remarkable that this thread hasn't yet been moved to the weather room.

No winter storm here but I do find it odd that my car is covered in pollen and its really cold also

Oh that sucks... been 75-80 here lately. Bit of fog this morning, though.

 

If not, one can always be made for the sake of being able to move a thread there.

Our days are mid teens here. Singlet weather.

 

A family friend near Syracuse got 2 feet. Ick.

 

Locally the storm turned out to be a complete bust.

The storm deviated from it's expected trackt, so instead of 2 feet of snow we ended up with 10 inches followed by a period of sleet

I do not have the patience for photobucket anymore. It takes an hour to load one picture over there nowadays....so the photos I am showing now are thumbnail photos....It was a white out in this photo...the snow falling did not really show up and I did not stay out there too long....The maple tree stood proudly through it all...

was a beautiful day..havent seen fresh snow all week and the weekend looks great

 

Having some wet snow right now. wont stick around but I hope it does least for a couple days.. 58F expected high by Thurs..
