Smoothies are great because apart from the fact that they are so yum and there are endless possible combinations of things to chuck in and experiment with, they are really good for ya and pretty filling. some ideas of stuff to play around with... coconut milk fruit juices milk ice yoghurt/frozen yoghurt pineapple bananas watermellon berries starfruit guava pear orange kiwifruit strawberries mango etc etc etc..
