I don't think those smiles are winning...I think they are being impaled.

 

They were all smiles until the rest saw what happend!

 

That green smiley's the bastard who did it. Look at that smug grin...I oughta... *waves fist erratically*

 

i think the red one did it and is very embarassed.

 

Personally, I think the orange one has the closest expression to that of a serial killer.

He has those dead-glare eyes, and it looks as if the corner of his mouth could be slightly twitching.

 

at any rate, the green one is happy with the turn of events...

 

the top blue one seems kinda ill...

People partic in America ,(+ Britain) tend to go on about smiling.
But I dont think I was born as a "natural smiler".Joking , jovial , happy yes.
But I mean James Dean wasnt known for smiling and people didnt moan...

In Russia , there's a saying "only an idiot smiles all the time".
Maybe I inherited that view...Fuck knows.
Sure, I've come round to the "smile to disarm , smile to be polite " type of thing.

But I think a warm , REAL smile is worth a million "polite" or fake ones..

 

I don't feel strongly about people smiling.

 

People do act MUCH nicer when you have a big smile in a lot of countries.
Funerals and things excepted ...lol

I think its more about getting the right level of non verbal communication with someone.
So if that means a real smile ... then great.
