Completely disagree.
A woman who has poor self confidence, is the WORST to attacking the looks of other women.
Far worse than a mans -possibly perverse- reaction to visual stimuli can be on a woman...hell, thats often complementary, even while inappropriate.

I understand that women will tend to say harsher things to women than men will, but if a man and a woman were to say the same thing to a woman about the way she looks or the way she carries herself, or whatever the particular case may be, that the man would have much more negative motivation behind saying it.
