I have since a child. I do use a duvet in the winter.

 

I started sleeping naked later in life.
When colder I wear a thicker t-shirt.

I've been sleeping naked for a few years now in summer. Wish I had done it years ago.

 

its been at around 30 years that i have been sleeping naked. I dont know how people sleep while dressed its to uncomfortable

 

I started sleeping naked when I figured it out as a teen. I'd keep something at the bed in case I had to get up quickly. Winter means more blankets. Sometimes an electric blanket. Even camping I take my clothes off. Keep a shorts in the bag with me.
