sleeping naked

I find this question, asked on forums all over the web, strange.

For me, the question is...

Why sleep anything other than naked?

OK, sometimes there are modesty issues but other than then? Don't get it.

And why in (it seems mainly) the USA do so many women wear pjs AND underwear? I just can't begin to fathom that one out!

I cannot imagine wearing any nightclothes or underwear, pyjamas, whatever in bed.
So uncomfortable having fabric wrapped around parts of your body, shifting, bunching up while in bed.

 

It's been a bit nippy lately. Definitely more comfortable during the warm summer months. But for this time of year, I'll still sleep in the nude, but I will layer on another blanket. That seems to help and still comfortable enough.

 

Yeap, add layers but still naked. Nothing beats body heat from your partner in cooler temps.

 

My wife and I can't sleep with clothes on either. Sometimes I will wear underwear, but rarely. We just throw another blanket on the bed.

 

I enjoy sleeping naked but sometimes I will wear pj's if it's really cold!

Barefoot and naked aroubd the house and while sleeping!!

 

My attitude is that if I am unable to have a place, bed, and blankets to enable me to be warm and comfortable enough to sleep naked, then something needs to change. Sleeping nude is one of the great simple pleasures in life.

 

I like sleeping naked... i feel like clothes restrict me from rolling over and stretching

 

And what would be the point of wearing anything?

 

I always sleep naked, as a naturist I think it would be a bit odd to be naked around the house and then get dressed for bed.

 

Always sleep naked. Even my afternoon naps in the back yard in the lounge i snooze in the nude.

I was happily sleeping naked January 17, 1994...the world was good. Until 04:29...BOOM!!! The earth decided to shift on an unknown thrust fault in Northridge, California. My naked ass was rudely awakened just two miles from the epicenter by, what I thought was, THE BIG ONE!!! Boy was I surprised when it was announced that it was not indeed the big one. Really? It sounded like a freight trian was plowing through my little house. The ground shot up and bounced up and down for what seemed like minutes (the greatest ground acceleration ever recorded). Then it gave way to a swaying back and forth motion. Then it went back to that up and down jumping jack thing again (that's when I got scared). Later I found out that it just a few seconds, not minutes like I thought. After the shaking stopped, I got out of bed and recovered a flashlight and a towel...out the door I went, securing the towel after I was in the driveway. I'll spare you the rest of the story. Suffice it to say that since then I always sleep in my underwear ...just in case.

There are many things that can go wrong while we are peacefully asleep. The world around us is not always peaceful.

I still think that sleeping naked is the best...especially with a friend, or two.

i was going to say the same thing....it does not matter if you are clothed or not, a boner is going to come regardless. And it's not just the morning - most males get hard on's all throughout the night. I've often woke up in the middle of the night with one. More times than not, actually.

 

I do because I cant stand how most clothes feel these days! (Like fucking garbage)

 

Yes, I love sleeping naked. I even do it in the winter.

 

"Morning wood" is due to a build up of testosterone while sleeping. Boring, but true.

 

I have taken up sleeping nude during this last year, I just feel free and very comforting.
my only concern is hopefully a spider won't bite my bits, We tend to have quite a few spiders. Have gotten up in the am with bites on my arms, legs or back.
Did at times sleep nude after sex when I was married, bad thing was waking up with my pole stuck to the fitted sheet. That sucks...
