Wearing PJ's won't make you warmer.

It prevents you from radiating the heat out into the bed. That makes you curl up seeking to conserve warmth. Making your comfort area smaller.

Naked. With flannel sheets. That's the ticket.

Take it from someone with over 30 years experience. My window is open year round. The box fan blows on me no matter what. 365 days a year.

It got down to 24F last week. Got enough covers? Not a problem. Cold room. Warm bed. That's my philosophy.

Snug as a bug in the rug too.

Sometimes I sleep naked when I am home, especially in the summer. At the firehouse, I wear boxer briefs, t-shirt and socks.

 

i do but nobody cares. it's so sad.

It is way too cold for me. I cant stand it. Sometimes i will sleep without a shirt on but mostly i will wear the warmest things possible to bed. The warmer i am sleeping the better. I also sleep with around 3 big blankets to keep me warm...i guess i am weird.

There should be an option for 'sometimes'. I put 'no', though, being that I sleep clothed more often than not.

Gotta agree with you there. I sleep naked for two reasons. One I like the way it feels so much more. No clothing to entangle you, two is because I get hot real easy.

I start off clothed (unless I'm having a late night shower) then as the night goes on my clothes do tend to come off one by one

 

i can't sleep naked. my thighs touch makes me uncomfortable... i dunno why i know that sounds weird. i have a few times when the sex was so good i couldn't even find the strength to grab my panties off the floor haha.

 

boxers. sometimes an undershirt too.

Never. You never know when your going to have to run out of the house at night. It wouldn't be so bad if I lived in a rural area but with living in an apartment block, even if there was a fire I'd panic if I had to go outside naked.

but usually its just tie dyed undies.....
and hemp jewellry that is tied on...so I guess
not TOTALLY naked...

I keep my bathrobe handy for needing to run outside
or anything and I agree with the being too hot and
not wanting to feel entangled...plus I have varicose
veins so I don't like tight things constricting on them...
naked is a drag if you you don't have a blanket over
you and the cat decides to share the exquisite sharpness
of their claws!

What's wrong with running outside naked? Or grabbibg a sheet? Anyway - I cannot ever remember wearing anything to bed. Mom said I started crawling into bed naked as soon as I left my crib.
