Sinus infection: Natural remedy?

Yes i will tell you myself neti pot really does work.
Someone on these forums recomended me the neti pot when i was having severe sinus problems.. It was like 15 bucks but i got like 50 little packets and my neti pot for it...

I used my neti pot twice a day and sometimes 3 times a day and it was clear in no time.
I had so much gunk in me and even in the back of my throat i would breathe out and sound like i'm growling and after my first time neti pot all my growling was gone...

Even my mom saw the difference in me and she went and got herself one and she loves her neti pot as well..

Yea, don't use just tap water.. make sure its warm bottled water or BOILED water.
When done correctly it is completly safe and works great even though the first few times i used it was a little wierd but you get used to it.. GOOD LUCK!

 

are you guys talking about neti pots again as a response to me or just in general? think it will help my DENTAL infection?

 

Neti pot works for me, most of the time.
