i rarely have any problems vocally, but when i feel sore, i get a soothing drink, and run through some scales. i start at middle c and go up, then start at middle c and go down. i do that until my voice feels flexible again, then get on with it all
I sing all day non-stop. I sing out loud on the train, in school (including in class), on stage, off stage, in my room, in my garden, to my friends, to my enemies, to my teacher, to my mother, my brother. I sing first thing in the morning, I sing last thing at night, I sing in my sleep and in my wake. Heck I just sing. Anyways I don't have a problem in the morning. If I have a dodgy voice I just go easy on my voice and don't push it, it normally settles as soon as whatever I've got clears up. Blessings Sebbi
