Sometimes but not very often. Its usually one of us that orgasms first but not both at once. Depends what she does to me while I'm stimulating her. I have to wonder if you hold it until she is ready to orgasm or not. If you dont and she just happens to cum when you do, you are either very lucky or, more likely she is faking it.

 

We used to simul-cum most of the time (post menopause she doesn't cum from intercourse) and I really miss it. It's not really holding back but her getting off would push me over the edge and at times vice versa.
