Hula hooping. Whenever I'm in a bad mood and I start to hoop, I lose my anger. But sometimes... I can't get myself to a happy enough spot to hoop. That is when I know I'm really down.
Sleeping in, good food, skating and/or listening to music while stoned, going for a walk through the bush by myself with no set destination, camping and just having a good conversation.
i love going for a walk along the train tracks by my house or just getting on my cruiser and going for a ride when i'm upset,dicontent,mad,or just for the hell of being outside on a gorgeous sunny day like today was
Different things bring joy to my heart. Seeing a baby bird on the path in the country close to my house. Just waking up feeling all is right in my world. Hearing a small child saying something totally funny. You know the kind of thing - all small pleasures that make life easier to bear.
taking an hike, makes me so so happy!!! Also swimming, I love to swim, just for fun. I love being in nature, it makes me so incredibly naturally happy and high on life. I never get to as much, bc of where I live, but I am trying to get out there more, bc it helps my mental health.
Tranquil 7AM's on Saturdays, accompanied by the fresh smell of the latest paper and... coffee. And summer. <3
Hanging out with friends, completely sober and having fun just talking or doing really stupid things haha. I always love those moments.Time flies. Also, nothing gives me the same feeling and a sunny rainfall, especially with some Dead and whatnot playing. Dancing in it though....amazing
