can anyone give me a pattern or show/tell me how to make a simple, long, full skirt that either has elastic or drawstring....or buttons...i hate zippers
oh god, don't people have an imagination these days? Look at a similar skirt. Two simple a frame cuts and stitch em up. Where have peoples brains gone? I guess even the simplist tasks need to be taught. I would suggest that if you are new to sewing, buy a pattern from your local fabric store. There is a wide variety and you can find simple things too. After you sew your first skirt following a pattern, then you can start getting creative, and coming up with your own will be easier.
thanks...i actually did that yesterday and have yet to find the material i want...i would like to use several different scrap pieces i have but i believe that would be too difficult for me to put together right now....so i'm just gonna find a larger piece to use
