So I picked up a copy of Sim City at the Good Will store the other day and tried to load it into the old machine (WIN 10). What a crock of shit. First I had to sign on to Origin, whatever that is, and that took about a half hour to find a password it would accept.....then nothing happened. It wouldn't load the game off the disk...so then I figured out how to enter the product key into the Origin web site...did that...and it tells me the code has already been used. So what? We can't buy used disks anymore? So much for Electronic Arts. I've been playing their games forever, but that's done. I started playing Sim City on the Commodore 64 and Apple IIe...well EA can go suck a turnip. Guess I'll just see if my old copy of Sim City 3000 works on WIN 10 and never buy anything from EA again. $2.00 down the drain!!!!! And me on a fixed income!!!!!
All this product registration bullshit. Wouldn't be surprised if the software acts as data collecting malware
I'm so tired of having to download stuff and register here and there....what a pain. Pass words passwords passwords for the most ridiculous things.
