btw, there is no such thing as equality. if it were true we'd all be identical to each other in every way. there'd be no such thing as rich and poor. tall and short, fat and slim, etc. equality is basicly a utopian pipe dream that does not have any basis in reality. by the way, those civil rights workers were intentionally sent in a danger zone by their masters who pulled their strings knowing good and well they'd very possibly get killed.

that's just downright sickening to think someone could persuade someone else to put their life on the line for mere idealogical reasons. besides you can't force tolerence or any other ideas on anyone else and expect good things to come from it. people have to learn to adjust to it. not have it cramed down their throat by federal laws or zealots like dees and his friends. pushers of tolerence are just as bigoted as those they oppose.

as a matter of fact it always seems to be the antiracists like the ARA who end up getting arrested more frequently at klan rallies than do the racists. ARA thugs are well known for flinging flaming cocktails at not only people, but also buildings and other property. forced integeration has done nothing to solve any of this. if anything it's kept us in the same state of disorder over all these years. even in Omaha, Nebraska they've decided to resegregate public schools to the dismay of liberals there. you know why? because most people prefer to hang out with their own kind. it's who many people feel the most comfortable around and forcing them to be amongst anyone tends to cause bitter feelings and further hostility towards another who is different from them.

you know, if you go to france and the only other person there from the USA is a person of a completely different color and background, they become "your kind" PFQ.

 

but you still can't realisticly force them to hang out or get along. that's up to them to do so. not to pencil pushers or to lawyers. just because someone doesn't wnat to hang out with someone else doesn't necessarily make them bigoted.

well, hell, in all fairness, there has been some fairly reliable studies into how people will choose with whom to socialize. it varies greatly upon situation, though. none of it is mean or nasty, but i amble towards the geeks, dave ambles towards the football lovers/hunters, bleach blondes go towards women who spend as much time on hair as they do. there's exceptions to every rule, but the simplest way to put it is that we do typically flock towards birds of our own feathers. or as close to our freathers as we can get, given the circumstances. it's human nature. it's just that my people are so broad in range of unutterable gooberness that members of our own respective "races" didn't like us either. so we're a bit more free.

 

I like how whilst people encompass ideological differences then you and formulate an intelligent well thought out rebuttal you always revert to personal attacks with absolutely zero foundation at all.

i don't live in the south dude. but people who push agendas are assholes. including rich lawyers. there, does that clarify my stance enough to you? if you're implying that i hate blacks in general. i don't, as a matter of fact there's a lot of white people i don't like. i'm more a mysanthrope than anything else. but i've earned the right to be one. so stop concluding things about me simply because it's my right and choice to not want to hang out with someone for whatever reason. if you don't like that, i don't know what to tell you. i know a black guy here in Missouri that listens to country music and actually likes the confederate flag. yes, you read it right. he's definately not guilty of self loathing either. are you implying "hicks" only live in southern states? i sure hope not. yes, we should all try to respect each other, but Morris Dees and people like him should have enough common sense to know he'll never change anyone just because he throws litigation at them. i'm willing to bet he loves racism, because of the fact that racism exists he has gotten rich from pushing lawsuits. if racism did not exist he would have no meal ticket. he's a vampire of sorts, preying on the bank accounts of people whose views conflict with his own. but thank you KC and Rebel for your input as well. i'm not a nazi, and i'm certainly not a Bircher.

As for the other shit, I honestly don't give a fuck right now at all. i would want to research this Morris Dees guy before i said too much about it. You guys obviously are all pissed off, and that makes me happy, but I have nothing to do with it
