My boys are pretty good with computers and THEY can't figure it out. Talked to NF and THEY can't figure it out either. Tried Firefox and several others to download---no go.
I have a Mac, but I rarely watch Netflix that way. I can either watch it thru my Apple TV or my LG Blu-Ray player, both of which have Netflix built-in. Actually, my TV has it built-in, too. You just have to know your username and password, that's all.
I've never even owned a computer and I've been using netflix without issue for years. Like, I don't want to jump to conclusions here.....but
Somewhere in there it said "enter your code." What?? My code?? I got to where the movies were displayed, but when I clicked on one--it jumped back to the instructional page. Always.
If it's the code I think it is, it is a code for a specific device which enables it to receive Netflix streaming. You get this code from the Netflix website, under Your Account> Activate device.
if you have good anti malware and anti virus set up just use primewire.ag all walking dead episodes are there dont use it unless you understand where to click though
What kind of device do you want to watch Netflix on? Don't give up, just tell us more. Netflix is easy, really.
Apple computer. I think I need to call NF and find out what code they are asking for. However, I lost my phone charger the other day and it's just about dead. I can get one tomorrow. Dag-nabbit, anyway. Device code is what it asks for------??
could be subscription or activation code. Wish we could help, because once it is set up, it's easy. Your son(s) buy something off a back of a CD and forgot it somewhere?
I use it threw a tablet, PS3, Computer etc. All I had to do was add a CC and use email and password. Flawless on all devices. Can you down load the Netflix app? Or a app center to get the NF app? The only code I remember is email and password. If all else fails, PM me and ill give ya my info so you can watch them until you can sort it out.
Well, did you do what I said? You didn't say. Go to the Netflix web site, then go to Your Account > activate a device. I believe that's the way you get the code you need.
Thanks so much for trying--all of you. I just can't get it done and it's probably because I'm too mentally lazy to study up on my computer savvy. I have chrome, silverlight (now) and Flashplayer. i don't know other than to call NF when I can get a phone charger tomorrow. I tried e-mail-password----------Joel
Apple and NF says there is no 'code'. You might try re-booting the computer, But all you need is you're user name and password to get it working, No extra codes, Or so they say. You can always try to uninstall and reinstall NF and then try to log on again.
