I suffered a 40lb weight loss due to taking a benzodiazepine for 12 years, ever since my wrists have been abnormally thin even though I have managed to gain back most of the weight. Still have 10lbs to go, but 70% of my muscles are'nt recieving a nerve impulse so this probably accounts for about 10lbs. I'm also not nearly as athletic as I used to be, there are limits to how much I can exercise currently. My hands have shrunken also.

What can I do to make my wrists larger?
