I noticed that everytime I shower I clean every part of my body in the exact same order everytime. I also dry off in the exact same order. When you take a shower, do you just get in and start soaping up all over, or do you have a routine that one spot on your body gets cleaned before the other?
That doesn't sound like ocd. I think a lot of people misdiagnose themselves as having ocd. I've had it since I was a child and have been diagnosed by a doctor. What you do just sounds more like a routine. Everyone has routines that they do everyday. It's a normal order of the world. People with ocd have more of "rituals".. they have obsessive thoughts about doing things certain ways and if they fail to follow the certain ritual then it can wreck their whole day and they have irrational thoughts about bad things happening if they don't do the ritual exactly. People with ocd can really become a prisoner of their mind and actions.
O I was diagnosed back when I was like 10. Almost every person in my family has it. My aunt counts every cabinet and stair in your house when she gets there, its kinda funny. I was wondering though if people, who havent been diagnosed, or who dont have symptoms, still have the same routine in the shower. It seems like a good spot that almost every person would be repitative.
If you wiped your ass after taking a shit, dingleberries would not be an issue. Of course wiping isn't possible for some people, so they walk around all day with that crusty ass odor (usually fatties and old people). NASTY!!
there's a toilet made in japan somewhere that washes your ass at the push of a button. even dries and moisturizes you when its done. it even has all these setting that let you adjust the temperatures and how hard it squirts at you and everything. of course you know, its not exactly a mass market item. i think it has some rediculous price to it too.
i've never seen one in real life, just on the net. but that's good to know. i doubt if i'd be able to afford one any time soon. soap and a wash cloth at least once a day well have to do for me until then. as well as yah, i can't even imagine anyone not washing. my pants would rot through at the crotch if i did that.
haha right. My mom said that my grandparents had one of these toilets back in the old days. Guess they've been around just they werent as good and didnt have all the fancy gadgets that the new ones have.
I wash my hair, then my upper body, then my lower body, then I shave my legs and armpits, then I turn the water on cold and rinse my hair and wash my face. Then I brush my teeth at the sink. I'm a pretty routine person
