Many do though, and that is sad. What you can present (that is actually interesting to a lady) is a very nice size for pretty much all women. To be honest, penises kind of scare me. I think they're ugly as hell when they're flaccid, they look like swollen earthworms.
My boyfriend is usually about 2.5 inches when he's just walking around naked and flaccid. When he gets hard, it's probably about 6.5-7 inches and fairly thick. I think he's a great size and never dissatisfies me. Having a big dick can be great, but it can also make sex uncomfortable after awhile because there's so much size.

For what its's worth I'm almost exactly sized like you and I'm a grower as well. Soft I can be about 2 inches (barely) and fully erect about 8 to 9 inches at maximum, just before orgasm.

 

I just do not believe this. No way a barely 2" cock can grow to 9". I have had sex with a fair few guys with 8"-9", and bigger cocks, and they were ALL at least 4" or 5" soft.
