Shower Before Bed Or Before Work?

That's good babe ...nice to hear that ...most people do that...wat about in the nite b4 bed ???...impt to clean n wash off all the sticky sweat on yr body for a good nite's sleep...no ???

 

I am definitely showering before bed, helps me sleep better

I shower before work. That way I don't have to worry if I get sweaty during the night or have sex. I can get a nice fresh start in the morning. It also helps me to wake up when I'm crawling out of bed in the A.M.

 

I always shower in the morning, occasionally at night as well if I need another one.

 

Both,every day ,except when I might have a bath at night instead but always a morning shower

 

Before work

 

-Before work (3rd shift)

-After I workout

-Before intimacy

 

Always before work and in the summer months before bed as well.

 

Now that I am retired in the morning. Before that it was after I got home from work by hours before I went t bed.

 

Before work. During the summer. After work as well if I don't go for a run. Then I shower after my run if I go.
