    Hey I’m a lover not a fighter, I don’t think ‘kicking asses’ is they way to resolve issues.

    But I would ask what the link between the property/economics/bond thing and the guns question are?

    perfect. because when u don't pay ur debts, u go into peonage and trusteeship for the benefit of the creditors and lose the ability to control the substantial and or contractual decision making for the entity, corporation, that u were managing, i.e. the united states. since the imf and it's subsidiary agencies are the issuer's of the world's credit, they get to decide what the entities attaching itself and accepting benefits through it do and don't do. I.E., you only get to decide what u do if you are in complete control of the land that u are sitting on. all laws firstly rely on older laws of roman civil law and the estate. question is, what is your status? is the necessary elements in play for you to be "free"? How many lords of estates do you know? when you go to the store to "buy" food, is your face and estate name on the "money"?

    since you don't own the land, you are not the master of it, because u can't own anything if there is a permanent national debt if you are claiming to be part of the domestic estate, and only the lord of the estate makes the rules. the world is currently dealing with decedent estates in mortmain.

No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

    Further international treaty is the law of the land. Someone else is runnin this ship:

    Article VI

    All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

    This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

    obviously the judges know that the law of nations is the supreme law of the land and that the creditors, reconstruction bank, i.e. imf, and other international groups through treaties. how many treaties is the United States a party to? these entities become partnerships and the agreements become supreme and uniform laws throughout.

    the thing is, if you are claiming benefits, licensing and other privileges of the international commercial empire, then there will be some duties, such as do whatever is mandated and decreed. its simple really..

    What a stupid liberal comment.

    When I say that is a stupid comment I am not calling you personally stupid because I do not know you. I do not own a gun, but that is for economic, not philosophic, reasons.

    The reason why I say that is a stupid comment is because one country can not govern what another country does, thank God. How much would that suck if there was one government telling the whole world what to do? So, if you actually got a bill passed in DC banning the manufacture of firearms, then the firearms industry in Mexico would go through the roof. As well in other countries, but I say Mexico because it is big and close. But I would not be surprised to see gun factories pop up in Freeport, Montreal or Vancouver. Or maybe even Budapest or Tashkent. Even if the factory is on the other side of the earth in Krasnoyarsk they would recognize the demand, and they would find a way to smuggle those guns into our country. Even in the communist societies like China and Russia, the free market determines a lot of what happens. It doesn't matter what liberals and commies try to do, you can't smother the free market

    Look, the war on drugs has been an abysmal failure, right? So we should just legalize drugs and let people that are addicted get help without fear of going to jail, right? Drugs are illegal, but you can still get them, right? So, what makes you think that making guns illegal will get them off the streets?

    Plus, the knowledge is out there, and if guns were made illegal, there would be illegal factories that would come up and start making illegal guns. Now, these illegal guns would be more dangerous because there would be no regulation of them. I don't know how to weld or work metal, but for someone that does know how to work metal, it couldn't be hard to make a gun. Making the bullets might be a bit tricky, but I'm sure it could be done

    Plus, as soon as I can get financially stable, I am going to go learn how to hunt. Then I'm going to buy a deer hunting rifle, a small game shotgun, a turkey shotgun, a 9mm pistol, a small gauge pistol like a .22 and maybe a few other things that might fit my fancy.

    I understand what you are saying, we should all be peaceful. We should all be nice to each other. Nobody should have any guns, because nobody should be killing each other. Everybody be happy and joyous and peaceful.

    However, I don't know why liberals can't understand that their ideology is impossible and their attempts to create a utopia actually create a dystopia. While I understand you just want a peaceful society when you say we should get rid of all guns, you have to realize that is impossible.

    Except the united nations isn't a government. It occupies no land, has no population. It simply represents the interests of all the nations. Countries are in a community of other countries whether you like it or not, just like you yourself are in a community of other individuals. How much would it suck if you could not tell your neighbour to stop having all night parties every night with the music turned up?

    There seems to be the hint in your post that this is the same problem that I’ve highlighted before (but please correct me if you feel I’m wrong)

    I’ve got nothing against the law abiding and responsible owning a gun but I question why they feel they need to have one

    It seems to me the problem is that many Americans seem to see their fellow citizens as violent and murderous and that makes them so frightened that they feel they need guns for protection.

    So fear is what drives the demand.


    So if the fear was lessened or removed the demand would be lessened or removed.

    The questions then become why does the fear exist and what can be done to alleviate it?

    The people I know like to tinker with their guns. A few of them actually go out and shoot them. I like nice hunting rifles, of course I need one for deer in dense woods, another for elk in dense woods, another for mountain hunting, plains hunting, etc... I jest but I would have a nice collection if I could afford it. I do have a .22 for shooting vermin on my farm. The cops won't come and save my chickens from predators.

    So is free speech

    If you don't like that go somewhere where neither is legal.

    Interestingly, the "mob robbing" episodes where 50+ youths smash their way into a place and rob people happen mostly in Chicago where there's heavy gun control.

    Some people have tried carjackings in GA. Ended up quite dead.

    Things are not always like the picture looks.

    Balbus, you seem to be painting a picture of discrimination against Amercians. Americans dont huddle in Fear with their guns tightly gripped in their hands. We do not spend out time thinking we maybe attacked any moment.

    We are too busy working our ass's off trying to provide for our families. We are working our asses off also to support/finance 30 or more different 3rd world countries while our industry is being oursourced overseas.

    It's the corrupt and the powerful seated in the UN that are trying to force a One World Order, totally controlled by they who are seated. It is that They and Them of which I speak when I speak of Them who try to bring us harm.

    It is the heads of state and their ego-centric views that We The People must stand firm against. While poverty rises and more jobs are outsourced, inflation rises and unemployment rises even higher.

    In this economic crisis we have Illegal Immergrants pouring over our borders by the thousands daily, which take the jobs from citzens that jobs have been outsourced overseas.

    The Oil industry and PharmCos run the world and dictate pricing to their own lust for more power and domination. Total Control.

    Mankind has never been ones for bondage/slavery. We are independent and not chatel. We are Free thinking creatures and can provide for ourselves under the right conditions. We elect a government to keep our infrastructure intact and pay taxes to benefit our communities.

    We created a Constitution that gave certain Rights to it's citizens. The second of which is Baring Arms.

    You seems to believe that we hold on to our gun as triggered by fear but in reality we are sticking by our guns to hold on to our Rights as citizens. It is not triggered by fear but a feeling of loyalty to one another as a community.

    It is not a fear factor but a protective mechanisum in place in case of civil unrest due to the lack of inability to control our borders or so it seems our political leaders. Guns are also a means to hunt for food to feed and clothe your family.

    Guns are not what is causing the economy to degrade. Our political leaders are driving us into ruination by sending our jobs overseas and ignoring the illegal immargration situation.

    This is my understanding of what our right to bare arms means. Should we not be able to defend our country or ourselves with all that is going on with the world's economy. With our own nation's leader being labled by the christain communities as the anti-christ, we need ever to hold on to our second ammendment.

    It's unemployment that drives ppl to crime. Reduce the unemployment and reduce the crime. Build more drug rehabs and less prisons. Lets bring home the soilders and put them on watch over our borders and bring our jobs home.

    Let's rebuild America. For The People and By The People.

    Which is more important to you? What if a referendum were to reveal most people don't want guns legal? Wouldn't ignoring that be a denial of free speech, or at least the democratic will of the people?
