    Hey guys,

So, I'm having a dull pain in left testicle (underneath?) every time I engage in any sexual activity (ejaculation is not painful, it's pre-ejaculation). It's been like that for a month now. Also, I get random pain in left thigh/lower back and left foot)

I had Ultrasound last year (had burning sensation while walking) and everything turned out to be normal. I even went to a Urologist and he said not to worry.

So, should I go see a Urologist again. Does anyone know what's causing this?

Just to add something - I had blood tests last year. Everything was normal except for ALK levels (I m not sure if its ALK or ALP). The normal range I believe is upto 120. Mine were slightly elevated - 130. Does that have anything to do with this?

    Cheers

    Mike
