Does it look weird from the front when your hair is down? Was thinking about this last night...coz omg I love the shaved side + tattoo idea but when I tried to envisage the front view with hair down it looked funny in my mind

 

when my hairs down you can't notice it at all cuz the hair covers it

 

Well that settles it. When my hair is longer, I'm doing that, and tattooing it, and it'll be hot hot shit!

They turned 9 months yesterday They've shrunk AND started to grow, lol. Allowing for shortening and some growth getting sucked into the knotting process, they've probably gained a total of about 2.5 inches in length altogether.

It's a really crappy inbetweeny length at the moment, kinda like if you're growing out a bob, it just looks very un-styled for a while, if that makes sense? They're just about starting to look ok when left down, but still sorta shit, especially as the top layer ones are a lot shorter than the lower lot. I reckon this year will make all the difference. I'd say 2 more inches of growth will set them well on their way to looking like proper hair again
