Hello folks.
Because of the Corona Virus Pandemic, here in the UK we all know that one is supposed to stay at home in their main residence and only go out in certain circumstances, as outlined above from the http://www.gov.uk website.
Also anyone over 70, particularly with health conditions should be self isolating for 12 weeks.
My Wife and I live in a ground floor 12 apartment block here in Rhos On Sea North Wales, and have a small garden which is very nice to have at this moment in time in particular, but anytime really.
On the top floor there is a penthouse apartment, and there lives an obnoxious person and his Wife who I have to admit has given me and my Wife a lot of grief during the 5 years we have lived here.

He was a director of the Management Company and very early on was saying you can't do this and you can't do that and kept trying to use the lease against us.
I should add that I won every 'battle' against him.

This person who is well into his 70s with health problems, so should be 12 week self isolating, also has a very nice home in mid Wales (Ruthin) which is around 40 miles away.
His children and grandchildren and some other family members live in that area.

Ever since we have lived here he and his Wife are usually in this Penthouse home, which I understand is his main residence from Tuesday to Friday every week.
Then he and his Wife travel to their other home and stay there from Friday to Monday, obviously visiting his family and friends.

This way of going on has not changed one little bit since the Coronavirus lockdown, and I am seriously thinking of reporting the situation to the Police.

Boozer... Why not get someone to encourage the loser to dump the whole thing and go nuts? The next time you notice him he may be taken away in an ambulance once and for all.
