Should I dye my hair blonde?Or have streaks in it?

Or would I look like a batty?

I'm white with black hair.
But dyed blonde or streaked,
would I look a tit?
Or ubercool?

Also I don't fancy spending too long in a hairdressers.
Its the way all the staff call each other ( male or female) "girlfriend"..

Once again I fall into this weird category(bright red streaks on jet black hair). Depends on who you're specializing for. Funny thing is, women also find this attractive. I actually dyed my hair bright red for the senior ball(matched my contacts and suit) but, I got good feedback so, why not.
