I see no problem with this at all.

Also, hey, I've done some life modeling, its fun! You also get asked out a lot, but they're easily put down, usually by their friends. Its a fairly calm and safe atmosphere, the art room.

Maybe the nudists only pretended as though it was normal for you to have no clothes, so that you do not put them on.

you've got a strange mind idiot, I doubt thats the case, as I have seen family picutres going back 30 or more years, and there has nearly always been nudity present either in part or in whole. and every time I've been over there since, whether I've been naked or not some of them always have been for at least part of the time. And I've just got back from a holiday with Annie spent at a nude beach, so it would ultimately be a fairly pointles, what? joke? trick? most people, maybe not you, but most people aren't that desperate to see a naked girl, especially when seeing one involves several others getting equally naked.

From your posts I'm sure that you do get a lot from the sensation of being naked in a whole variety of circumstances. That is what many of us find though there are circumstances where nudity feels especially right, for example on a beach and swimming on a warm sunny day. Indoors, yes it may be comfortable, and your family may be tolerant though not approving. Once you have been naked in public you do loose many of your previous reservations though again many of us (me included) have kept those reservations with regard to most friends and family. I'd be surprised if you don't get a positive feeling of well being feeling fresh air against your skin, that will make you feel good about yourself. I admire your openness and would caution on perhaps being too open. I post sometimes to another forum "Naturist Corner", under a different name, which has some threads which might interest you some of which you can browse without joining. Take care and best wishes.:sunny:

Nah you're right, I do love the feeling of the wind and water agains my skin, sorry if i sounded short or the like, it's just that in the last couple of months some people I know who know I'm a newbie nudist now but haven't seen me naked, just seem to be convinced that I must have taken up this lifestyle for some sexual or extrovert reason, which I find very annoying as it couldn't be farther from the truth. As for the openess, well I'm a very open person, always have been, and this is a fairly anonymus place to speak anyway, although I Do heed your advice. and cheers I think I will check out that other site.

Do yoou really believe that statement I marked in bold? Even you must that this statement is maybe true if the people you describe as, most people, are all homos.

there is a difference, a very big difference between enjoying the sight of a naked girl, something that even a lot of girls, I think would admit to enjoying to varying degrees, and being so desperate to see one that you would make such a stupid elaborate plan.

Not only was I not talking about a plan of any kind, let a lone one that is elaborate, nor do I find the act of leering at naked chicks a sign of desperation or even stupidity.

consider it whatever you want, you still sound either desperate, or stupid, more likely both.

so if you are neither stupid nor desperate, then your original post here was meant to be what? a joke? a product of your pathetic little imagination?

No it was not a joke, or my imagination, but a mixture of experience and common sense. I’ve seen and heard of millions of people who leer at nudists and done the same.

You can say it was out of desperation, but I think it is human nature, since so many people do it. To expect that someone would not do theme just because that person is naked as well is a bit simpleminded.

may be OK for some but i'd never go naked in front of my family (mom especially). i was uncomfortable with it already when i was a kid and i don't think i'll ever outgrow this one. and i don't want to see my family members naked either. thanks but no thanks.

I said yes to nudism more or less the first time I tried it, it was always a question more of getting people around me, who aren't nudists themslves, to accept and understand it. Ha "My thoughts today" you make me sound like Jerry Springer or something. But I have found something interesting, It's raining where I am right now and I have found that the rain and lashing wind, feels just as good on my bare skin as the sun and a gentle breeze, and laying out in the garden stretched out on the wet grass reading a book is an interesting sensation, although I couldn't stay out to long as it's too cold and when I came in I had to shower immediatley because of grass and leaves and the sort sticking to me. so I guess those are my 'thoughts' or experience I don't mind sharing, whichever you prefer to call it, today.

Meridianwest, fair play, not everything suits everyone, I think the reason I'm comfortable with it is just that once I broke that barrier, and it was actually hard for me the first time, I stopped feeling 'naked' as our society and media would have it but rather just felt like I was wearing a different kind of clothes, ones it was easier to move in and ones that let me feel more of the world. I'm just curious, is it just your family that you would be uncomfortable being naked infront of or is it everyone, I mean are you a Nudist in other settings, with friends or at beaches or the like, or do you live your life totally clothed, except when it is silly not to be naked, bathing and,... intamate moments, etc. As I say just my curiosity.

it's just my family, meaning my mom (i grew up without my father) and sister, the two people in our household besides me as i was growing up. just the bare idea that my mom gave birth to me and the 'logistics' involved in that is gross and for that reason i'm not comfortable with nudity inside family.

i'm not really a nudist in other settings either. i have no problem being naked around friends, e.g. skinny dipping, showers, etc, but if there is no necessity for it i keep my clothes on. but i do love to be naked with my sexual partners (i'm gay). i love the naked male body, i think it's beautiful, and in that setting (with guys with whom i have a sexual thing going on) i like them to be naked and be naked myself.

I've noticed many different answers to the nudist question and despite what some might tell you, there is no one way. Your style and comfort level will be yours and yours only. I have been a nudist around strangers and it was just ok, not great, just ok. For others it may be no problem. I am most comfortable with myself or my family.
There are others here who argue the whole "keeping nudist purity thing" which denies that there is any sexual attraction, that too is up to you. For me, most days there is not but lets face it, I'm 21 and not dead yet and my nudity and others can be a turn on. So what!!
What I am saying is, whatever you settle on will be right for you.

very good response, thanks nisei girl. Yeah I'm starting to realise that you are right though. Personaly I love to be nude because of the various feelings, of freedom and comfort, but also more literally of the sun wind and rain etc against my body, I've met several people like that but also several who do it to bond in some way with family and friends others who claim they enjoy nudism for spiritual reasons and even a couple of people who openly admit that they are nudists purely because they enjoy the looks they get, personaly that sounds like they are more just extroverts to me but maybe i'm being unfair. as for the sex aspect of course it can be a trun on, like you I'm still young 'and not dead yet' so i sometimes still get aroused by my and others nudity, but, maybe it's because i had a healthy and active sex life before that has carried on to know that I make more of a sharp distinction between sex and nudity.

but anyway cheers again for the reply, one of the best I think

I can assure you, that nudity can be a turn-on in my age group as well... :D
I'm most definitely not dead yet, either, even though technically I'm old enough to be either of your father. Looking at beautiful naked people is nice - no doubt about it. And sometimes, also older nudists have their special beauty.

I once saw an elderly woman, well above sixty, nude at a naturist hangout by a lake. She was tall, slim, a very sportive figure, darkly tanned, her grey hair cropped short on her head, and her pubic hair gleaming silver (!) in the summer sun. She was one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen, reminding me of an aged amazon.

Rosie55, I think all of us on this forum feel the way you do, we love being naked in both public and private. I do really enjoy be with others in public and being nude. The more you do it the more it will grow on you, until you will hate to have to put on clothes! Do the others out there agree?
