I'll attempt to make you the following hypothetical deal... The oldest living person upon the Earth should be made an imperial king or queen because of their life extending DNA if all leaders were females.
Absolutely not !!! I want no imperial monarchs at all anywhere - I'm a Republican !!! Presidents are fine, providing we the people have the right to elect 'our' Presidents at the end of their term of office.
All I mean is the eldest living people are more important than those who inherit titles and yet do not reach such ages.
To answer the thread title question, not necessarily... I think that understanding women's needs for equality, and their desires to be in various roles is key though. Not every woman wants to manage the store, nope. She wants a status quo run-of-the-mill garden-variety no frills job to wade in and out of the shadows in peace. But there is a pay disparity. And a glass ceiling... and stereotypes. And the list goes on. ----- I feel like the solution is a very unilateral education around gender disparity.
Only 4 votes before mine, and two of them said that 100% of world leaders should be women. I worry about those two. The world's population is about 48 percent female, and China and India drive the male population majority. In the vast majority of the world's countries, women and girls are in the majority, with the median of world countries' populations being about 53 percent female. Leadership shouldn't be 100 percent male, 100 percent female, 100 percent intersex, or 100 percent asexual. How about a nice mix that rounds to 50/50, with the occasional intersex or asex leader here and there, and that varies over time and from place to place but not greatly? I really have to worry about anyone who'd set out with the objective of creating stark and glaring disparities that are even greater than the stark and glaring disparities that already exist. Beware anyone with a utopian theory that demands exclusivity. Being chromosomally 46, XY shouldn't be a disqualifier for anything but lactation and delivering a live human birth, just as being chromosomally 46, XX shouldn't disqualify anything other than sperm donation.
Anita Bryant. Phillis Shlafly. Sarah Palin. Marjorie Traitor Greene. Lauren Boebert. Ann Coulter. Laura Ingraham. Margaret Thatcher. Marine Le Pen. Need I go on?
I think that the reverse is true. I know several men in senior management who turn into blobs of jelly the moment that their wives phone.
No offense, but Women are equally flawed and proven to have committed Crimes Against Humanity also ...cough, Queen Victoria ....cough....cough .
Wow, Adolf Clitler is in the House !!!! I guess Sexism and Misogyny are in both sexes .... thanks for proving it !!!!
