i just had an onion poppy seed bagel with peanutbutter and blueberry jelly..

I went to the Minute Clinic at CVS Pharmacy $89.

She found I have an ear infection. She called the rest of it "seasonal allergies".

She prescribed Bactrim, which will be free at Publix Grocery Store Pharmacy.

All my home remedies fought off the flu and bronchitis that others in my house had.

If my ear had just given me more clues I could have treated it at home too. I haven't had any outstanding ear pain.

Oh, well. After two weeks sick I guess I'm worth spending $89 on.

 

If you had put yourself in an autoclave it would have killed every microbe in or on you.

 

thinly sliced strips of pork chop (fat removed first)

quick fried on the stove

then topped with sliced celery...fresh bean sprouts and shrimp

add a bit of dehydrated garlic...some fresh ground pepper and salt...and a bit general tao sauce :drool5:
